We haven’t received an eMail with total incl. shipment?

We always send an eMail within a few hours after ending the auction. Please wait 24 hours and after that check you spamfilters. We spent appr. 6 hours a week in emailing second, third payment request due to spamfilters. We prefer to use that time to serve you with attractive and cheap stamps and collections.

Internet providers with extremely frequent problems:

Comcast, Hotmail, AOL, Home.

Can we combine multiple lots so save on shipping?

Yes of course. We pefer to combine to save on shipping and handling. Please note that there are safety limits, so do we prefer to ship in packages from appr. 650,- US $ each due to insurance regulations.

What is shipping to xxxxxx, zipcode xxxxx ?

In all our international auctions we have the shippingcosts in the lotdescription. We use flat fee shipping costs from 1 – 3 items and so on. For collections and assortments we mention shipping costs in the description. Or click shipping info in our eBay store.

VERZENDEN VOOR NEDERLANDSE KOPERS, LEES S.V.P.

Onze verzendkosten zijn niet alleen de verzendkosten maar opgebouwd uit verzendkosten, ebaykosten, kosten van betaalsystemen, verpakkingsmaterialen en allerlei verplichte Nederlandse lidmaatschappen zoals, KvK, detailhandelbesdrijfschap etc en niet te vergeten de belastingdienst (19% BTW).

Deze kosten zijn onder de Euro 10,- onevenredig hoog in relatie tot de aankoop. Daarom rekenen we voor NL aankopen 1,- euro extra om een deel van bovenstaande kosten te dekken en U nog steeds een breed en goedkoop assortiment aan te kunnen bieden. Wellicht is het een overweging meerdere aankopen te doen en deze te combineren zodat het totaal boven de 10,- euro uitkomt.

De in de internationaal aangeboden kavels (in US $) genoemde verzendkosten gelden ook voor Nederlanders om bovenstaande redenen. Verzoeke hiermee rekening te houden bij uw biedingen.
