Just in case:
After you have downloaded Fiji, jSynSDK and imageJ, unpack them and follow the instructions in their own 'read me' files.

Installation of the examples is much the same:
unzip them and read the readme files

You should have the following directory tree:

Of course you may change things at will, only the initial run would not work.
